Educator Applications steps:

1. Register here. Within the form you will be asked to attach your CV. To showcase your skills, please submit a piece of multimedia flipped learning content within your specialism, including an explanation on how you'd use it with students.

There are many free software options to create professional content, and you are welcome to choose any platform you are comfortable with, though using an interactive learning platform is highly desirable, as we use pencil spaces to teach. We look forward to seeing what you create. We will ask you questions about the pedagogy behind your submission in interview.

Once the form is submitted we'll be in touch if we believe you're a fit for a role at Gaia Learning. We believe that no matter how good technology gets, it will never replace the human educator. But we do need to embrace the multimedia resources we have available.

Please be advised that the checks outlined below are carried out on all Gaia Learning educators working with children and you will only be invited for interview if you meet these criteria:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Be able to work in a UK timezone
  • DBS Check
  • Overseas Criminal Check (where a DBS is required and you have lived overseas in the past 5 years)
  • Prohibition (for teachers) check
  • Protection of Children Declaration of Suitability check
  • Essential Qualifications (as listed for specific role)
  • Health Check
  • Two references are obtained for new starters
