Emergency Places

We know that drawing down funding can take time, planning and often involves a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get things 'signed off'.

So we can support the student, family and school quickly, we reserve 2 places in each online class as 'Emergency Places' for students from new schools, or those who simply aren't registered with us yet.

Email us with the words "Emergency Place" to schools@gaialearning.co.uk

Subjects & Timetable

Maths, English & Combined Science GCSE level take place Monday - Thursday 11:00 - 14:00.

If you are supporting a young person in years 10 or 11 they are welcome to join our open timetable of small classes. If your students are younger please contact us.

ADHD Friendly Online School


In summer 2023 Gaia Learning were the first organisation in the UK to be awarded the ADHD Friendly Online School kite mark from the ADHD Foundation.

To gain this national recognition we had to showcase our experience and understanding of young people with ADHD and demonstrate how our unique offering supports students with additional needs.
